RueVac keeps commercial, industrial and retail properties clean, safe and ready for business across Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Ronald K. Lyons founded the company in 1975, and it is still family-owned and run today.
Property managers stay with us for simple reasons: we show up when we say we will, we answer the phone, and we fix what we find. That is how we have built long-term relationships with our clients for 50 years.

Our Founder’s Legacy
Before RueVac, Ron Lyons worked for a commercial developer. From the owner’s side of the table, he saw too many maintenance vendors who cut corners and could not be counted on, and he knew he could do better. In 1975 he started RueVac with a single truck and built it around what he knew customers wanted.
Fifty years later the company is still local and family-owned, and the standards Ron set on day one still guide every crew: show up, do the job right, and stand behind the work.
From One Sweeper to a Full-Service Crew
RueVac started as a parking lot sweeping company. Over the years, property managers kept asking us to take on more, and our crews kept learning: power washing, window washing, junk hauling, graffiti removal, roof clean-offs, repairs and 24-hour emergency response.
Under Aaron Lyons, Ron’s son and now company president, we added GPS-tracked visits, photo-documented reports and modern job scheduling, so you can see when we were on site and what we did. It is the kind of proof Ron wanted back when he was the customer. The technology is new. The personal attention is not.
